Delivery

We currently use Royal Mail tracked services to send your parcels in the UK, and a combination of Royal Mail and other couriers for overseas parcels (please contact us in advance if you have a preferred overseas courier and we will do our best to accommodate). We'll email you to let you know when your order is dispatched (usually next working day) from our Chorley Distribution Centre, including the parcel tracking number so you can keep updated with its progress. Items are dispatched the same day if ordered by 2pm.

EUROPEAN UNION

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER £90

Standard delivery (4-5 working days): £11.95

Standard delivery (6-10 working days): £14.95.

 

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK including Northern Ireland. We're sorry that certain geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service and may be subject to additional 1-2 days delivery. 

Please note that we do not accept responsibility for additional taxes and duties that are incurred when shipping outside of the UK

 

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 21 days. 

Returned merchandise must be in perfect original saleable condition with original packaging and tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods that do not meet these requirements.

 

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS:

State your nameemail addressthe item you wish to return, the reason for return and if you want a refund or exchange.  

Please note that we do not incur any delivery charges / postage costs for returned items, so we recommend using a recorded service.   We will only refund your postage costs of returning an item if the product is agreed by Mummik to be either faulty, received damaged or if we have mistakenly sent you the incorrect item.

The items must be sent back unworn, in saleable condition with their original packaging and tags.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days from receipt of the returned items.   


SALE ITEMS

Only full priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you require a different size of clothing.  We will advise you if the item you wish to exchange for is available, in the case that it is not available, we will issue a refund.
  

CANCELLATIONS

If you want to cancel your order please notify us asap by emailing us at: orders@mummik.com 

If the order is cancelled before it ships, then we will not usually have charged your card.  If it has been charged then we will of course issue a full refund upon your instruction. Cut-off time for shipping is usually 4pm weekdays. 

If you notify us that you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped out, we will not refund the original shipping cost on your order and you may also incur an additional return to sender fee if it is issued by the courier or postal service used for your delivery. This return to sender fee is usually the same cost as your original postage charge but it can vary.

In the case of a late cancellation we will refund you for the cancelled order minus the original shipping cost and return to sender fee once the cancelled order has arrived back at our warehouse and has been processed and checked accordingly. At this point we will notify you by email of the exact charges to be deducted from your refund to the email address that you supplied us with on your original order. 

Once your refund is actioned by us, please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to be available again in your account.
